We have over 18 years’ experience and an extensive track record in delivering major freeway-related and transport infrastructure projects with top tier Contractors and collaborating with clients to deliver successful outcomes.

Assistance with submission of EOI documentation, cost estimates, cost benefit analysis, procurement strategies, construction tender review, benchmarking, risk and opportunity analysis and cost forecasting discipline.

The elimination of hazards and risk assessment begins from the moment a project is conceived. Constructability reviews cost a fraction of the cost of the design, but can be the key differentiator in a successful bid.

We offer the review of design, construction methods, site limitations, stakeholder concerns, scoping documents and the ability of the market to deliver to solve complex problems and eliminate unnecessary cost.

Carbon Neutral Company

Johnston PM&C is a carbon neutral company, and one of the first Project Management Consultancies in Victoria to achieve net zero emissions. We have an Environmental Policy that mandates the standard of environmental management quality and the focus on sustainability expected at Johnston PM&C. We are working with Carbon Neutral to measure our footprint annually, and in FY2020, we offset 35 tonnes of carbon emissions through the permanent surrender of Australian Native Reforestation for the Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor.

Our recent donations enable the foundations to provide counselling, group therapy, essential supplies, while enabling the reunification and reintegration process so that each child has the greatest chance of thriving within their family.
