Constructability review and elimination of hazards and risk assessment begins from the moment a project is conceived. The construction industry has a poor record with regard to incidents onsite, and through robust Constructability Review many of the hazards can be eliminated or have engineering controls applied to them. The design and planning stage provides a unique opportunity to identify and eliminate potential risks in the construction, fabrication, and installation phase of project delivery, and Johnston Project Management & Consulting place a major focus on this area for every project.
